How lucky are we to have this guy in charge, everytime he speaks he is so convincing in what he's got to say. I honestly believe he will turn both Matt cook and Josh Hodgson into very good superleague players like he has with numerous players already. And with a new 4 year contract in the bag he has obviously got big plans for the future, also a very big thankyou tp Neil Hudgell and the board for backing him to the hilt and having the vision in making the appointment in the first place |

You keep on listening to the rumours while we get on with the real business of progressing our club, those straws of yours are getting thinner and thinner as we speak |

Justin Morgan is everything the black and whites wish they had in a coach and he is a massive reason as to why we are lightyears in front of them on the field |

What I think Justin has done is he has set a marker for other new coaches as to how far you can go. Not only has he had limited player skills to work with he had very varied player personalities to contend with from the very youthful and exuberant Ben Cockayne and Scott Murrell to the older and very wise Mark O'Neil. Justin not only changed the way the younger players played and in which positions they played but he also advanced each player he saw potential in. Sure he employed players that never made the grade but he wasn't affraid to try these players then offload them once he saw there was very little he could do (i.e.Misili Manu). Coaches that want to have a blueprint for success can look to Justin and the way he works. Sure he has his faults he has his slip ups but he too is learning and I am sure he's still taking advice from Daniel Anderson and looking to coaches such as Tony Smith for improvment. |
