Seem more obsessed with spin these days than anything else. What actually constitutes being a top 10 city and how is it judged? coz if we are anywhere near the top 10 it says more about the rest of the UK than it does about Hull. This city is a rightly viewed as a poor, slum ridden shitheap, though with the caliber of local politician we have had to endure over the years its hardly surprising. |
