Post subject:	OT - Local Work Guarantee Scheme
I have posted a thread before about my position within Goodwin Development Trust, where i help small businesses with any problems they have to help them survive or to aid them in any way. The local work guarantee scheme is one such initiative. Many times I visit a company and they have a job in the business that needs doing, but they cannot afford to take a member of staff on so end up doing the job themselves, often neglecting other jobs. With the LWGS, we can provide a member of staff FOR FREE, for upto 13 weeks. If the company decides that this member of staff would be suitable for employment, then you can receive a weekly wage supplement for 9 months!! This would help the company through the current climate, and also help the local economy by employing a local person. So if you own, or work for a company that would benefit or be interested in this scheme, then private message me. Also, if you have been are out of work and have been for less than 12 months then we contact me and i can register you with Goodwin whereby we will look for vacancies for you, and if needed, offer you the chance of free training to extend your skills.
