Walker might have broken his foot against Hull, but Briscoe is confident of playing against Cas:

Is Netherton still out? Against Cas, I'd go with 5 props (ie Vella playing in the backrow), rather than for a lightweight bench (2 of Fitzhenry/Cockayne/I'anson), especially if the pitch is going to be heavy.

That's a shame. Chev has been showing some promise of late. Nev played for the reserves against Hull and had a good game by all accounts.

Is still under contract til the end of 2010 so would need paying off.

Ah right. :( Like I said it's unfortunate for him, but judging him by performances I just don't see what he brings to the team to be honest (or what he can offer that other players cannot).

i think some of the rovers fans need to give chev a break ( no pun intended) ok so his defence has been weak at times but so has clint newtons and nobody has said get shut of him
