Post subject:  Cas Away (Sunday) - Pre Match Free Food if enough interest
Morning All

Now i have your attention :wink:

I have been asked by John the Landlord of the Rock Inn in Castleford to post the following message:

Hull KR Fans going to Sundays match call in at the Rock in for free food and a pint or 2 (Bus Partys welcome)

Ring John on the following numbers 01977 552985 or 07950256726 if you are interested and if enough people show interest from fans then free food will be put on (believe me his food is great), but you need to advise him before turning up

He will open for 9am if the interest is there, so if you are interested give him a call.

Directions:

Leave M62 Junction 32 towards Castleford A639, Past Gala bingo on your left to roundabout, first exit from roundabout and then first right you will see the Rock Inn, 3 mins from motorway, 5 mins to Cas Ground

For those going late, be advised stay on he M62 to the next junction(around 3 miles) and leave at J31 follow signs for cas the road works on pontefract rd will kill you.
Otherwise at j32 take first left at second roundabout after the royal oak(signposted leeds) then first right after pedestrian crossing and follow road through housing estate straight across mini roundabout and park on castlefields carpark 10 min walk to ground.Safe journy

The Rock is a great pub and well worth dropping in for a few beers and a butty.

The road works over the weekend weren't there, not been down there since then so not sure if they have started work again on bridge street.

Thanks for the info, I allways enjoy going to Cas, not too far, traditional ground, although didnt enjoy last year too much as you pummelled us, but be rest assured we bring a around 2000 i would think the early kick might put a few off. see you Sunday and then in the play offs maybee
