Fantastic game, Rovers looked like they were going to run away with it in the early stages but Wigan stormed back and were leading 30-16 by the hour. A couple of knock-on's from Rovers when attempting interceptions leading both to Wigan tries were the critical points of the game which could have gone either way in the last 10 minutes, but the Warriors held on for a deserved win.

Do you know what the penalty count was? Wigan seemed to concede loads.

At one point it was 8-3 in Rovers favour.

They should buy Halibut a round of drinks. With a decent ref they would have been tonked.

Or mabye Wigan should sort their dicipline out and concede less for offside and delaying the play the ball.

I didn't count that many offsides? AFAIC, Alibert ref'd the PTB different all game. He was prepared to let stuff go, then the next PTB he would blow up for a bit of holding down? Poor show imo.

Correct - he was very one-sided. The worst decision IMO was right at the end when Cooke threw the ball 4 yards forward and Wigan had to start the set on their own line. Justice prevailed though.

It was a stuttering performance but we're currently top-three and will certainly finish top-four come the end of the season.

A few players need to engage their brains more and then we wouldn't have lost.

Anyway, in a nutshell, FC could only dream about being in our position so what they are doing posting on this board shows they are a set of muppets.
