Post subject:  Transferring VHS to DVD

Hi. Was just wondering if anyone knows a way to transfer games on VHS to DVD, or a place/shop that can do this? Have got a couple of VHS tapes from the 90's (the Plate Final and the Boothferry Park derby game) which would like to have on DVD instead. Any help would be really appreciated.

:)

Its easy enough if anyone has a VHS player and a DVD player/recorder.
I have a mate who does it for me,trouble is it takes him about six months to do it.

What is the quality of your VHS recordings as you do tend to lose a bit when transfering to DVD.

They're spot-on - original tapes from the Rovers club shop (produced by Micron Video). Saw on the Wire board that Tesco do it so gonna see what they charge and how long it takes. :)

Thanks mate but should be okay now. Tesco in Hull don't do them but my mate said he can help me out. Cheers for the offer though bud, much appreciated. :)
