It's important we hit back with a win and a solid performance to lift spirits again. I am absolutely gutted like most KR fans surely are to lose in such a way and I've never seen so many of the players look so devastated as they were at the end of the game tonight, Newton and Stanley in particular but I am now more worried for the next game. The defeat is history now, it's gone. After the Cup defeat to Saints last year we lost our way a bit and I really hope Justin and the team can lift the lads spirits enough to pick themselves up and beat Huddersfield next week and keep our Super League campaign, which has been fantastic so far, on track. Come on lads, Wembley may have gone for this year but Old Trafford remains very possible. And as most of the current squad are signing longer contracts we'll have another go next year, or the year after as this team can only get better and better if they stick together. |

We have a different mentality to last year, so hopefully, it won't effect us. Hopefully it will make us come out the traps flying and make the team even more focused on doing as well as they can in the league. It wasn't like we were hammered, so confidence should not be broken. |

Yes totally agree with that. it's noticeable difference this season but it still worries me that Huddersfield may reap the benefit of us being on a bit of a downer. Alternatively you are right, they may also feel the backlash and this is my real hope. We weren't hammered by Saints either but anyway Hudders have Cas to beat yet and that one could similarly go either way! |

I suppose this will show how much we have progressed as a club, if we can bounce back with a professional attitude and keep playing good rugby, it will show we are true contenders. If we sit back, moan and mourn this unlucky loss and let over teams tonk us, it will show we will never be able to mount a play-off challenge. |

Thing with the saint's game was, they won quite dubiously. I remember going to KR when they hammered us, just after the loss in the cc and whilst talking with the Saint's fans, most of them commented that with a VR that game would have been ours. This game was different, neither side deserved to lose today, where as, imo Saints were lucky that day. we will soon see, one way or another. I still believe our boys will carry on delivering the magnificent progress they have given us thus far. I am very proud to be a Robin, always have been, but it literally bursts out of me now |

We did lose our way at the time last year. But we lost Murrell,Newton,Galea etc etc which was the reason and not the Saints defeat. |
