He's a great off-loading prop mate, not your usual type that are coming through at his age.

I think Justin rates McCormack as a coach and with your excellent training facilities, it would be a good move for him to get some time at a higher level than the reserves.

Should go well for you guys though I think he'll be cup tied for Saints.

I think you'll be pleased to have him in your line up. Powerful lad with good skills, especially for a forward.

JM really seems to rate him as one for the future for us. JM seems to be nurturing him and probably thinks the time is now right for him to make the step up out of the reserves and get some great experience.

Will do well for you, and will hopefully come back a wiser player for the experience at that level. Win win situation for both clubs imo.

Been calling for this for some time now. Reserve grade rugby is gash at the moment and not the best place for promising youngsters to progress. He will come on more for the one month in the NL's than he would in a year of reserve grade.

ive been saying this for Esders for sometime.... wonder if its going to happen this season..

Yeah, Esders can become a great player IMO. But, he does need NL experience first.

Esders has played in the National Leagues for years even had a game or two for Rovers many years ago. He's not a young lad this is his last chance saloon IMO and going out on loan is not going to do him any good.

JM doesnt send many players out on loan because he likes to have his whole squad together at all times using the same training methods as each other. Liam being young probably will progress more from going to Gateshead but Ryan certainly wouldnt.
