And you actually wonder why everyone refuses to go to your ground? I rarely come on this board and 'troll' but I'm afraid issue needs to be raised.

i know its a recession, but surely now is the time to get something built as it will cost less, can't imagine too many construction companys are swamped right now, and im sure the work they do have lined up during the off season would gladly take a back seat for a few months til things pick up.
