Don't get me wrong, I'm overjoyed with how the seasons going, I'd just hate to see the board take their foot off the gas in terms of progress. We need to be proactive and not just satisfied with whatever we acheive this season. what plans need to be made and who do we need to be looking to replace for next season?

As for where to improve, JM has already said that there won't be too many changes and he will look to promote from within so I guess we may only sign 1 or maybe 2 new players.

We need a player who makes a big impact on the game when he comes on, like Wigan have Paleaaesina and Hudds have Crabtree etc. I don't think we have a sub who really impacts the game. Aizue is good when he comes on, but not a sub really really feared.
