I was looking at some old photos taken at away games during the Seventies and Eighties and could'nt help but notice some of the different flags on show at the games during those periods. I can recall there been some realy good ones, but the one that stands out the most for me was, the one been waved during the 1980 chalenge cup final at Wembley. It was a huge flag with an embroiderd picture of the incredible Hulk TV character, wearing a shredded red and white rovers shirt with the words, THE INCREDIBLE HULK-KR or something like that, accross the middle. There are another couple that also spring to mind during the early eighties, there was an American confederate flag and a huge George cross flag which must have been about ten feet wide with Hull kingson Rovers embezzled accross the middle and was always seen at home and away games during that period. Does anyone else remember stand out flags and kr logos of the past? |

At the derby one of the flags in the Upper West made me chuckle. It was draped over the tier partially covering one of the adverts which made it read "The University of Hull KR" |
