The referee today was atrocious! Before i get slated, the better side won. Thaler is far far short of the standard needed to be a S.L referee, and to be honest every time we have him at our games there is contraversy. There were many forward passes you were never ten metres back at play the balls and your lying on tactics were disgusting, appart from that you did ok. I only hope the next time we play you we have the luxury of playing a championship side and you have a hard derby(ish) game before hand Well done, see you at your place later in the season. |

Its called having home advantage fella. If the ref is influenced by it then so be it, equally if not also fine. He missed 2 blatant ones from the Giants in the 1st half and was fortunate that you knocked on both times in the following tackle. As long as they get most calls right fans dont mind. |

TBF you've been the best side Rovers have played this season, but one day those borderline passes round the ruck will get pulled |

It's about time Morgan puts his views about Thaler public. He really is a partial and poor referee, who sadly does know what he's doing... |

He says plenty. Just read the sporting life report and it seems he has finally told it how it is. You can take 1, 2 or 3 bad performances from a referee, but when it's built up over the years and stemmed from NL games aswell. There's a time when this guys performances, and general decisions against HKR have to be questioned. Although, not seeing today's game, some of the decisions he has made, or indeed hasn't made are all too familiar. |
