well we both got easy wins yesterday :lol: :wink: but this is going to be a very tough encounter and one I'm looking forward too!

Can you tell me if you have injuries from the 1st team squad from playing against FC that will be out for this match?

Not sure about any injuries but JM did say he has kept Ben Fisher back for the Easter monday game to ensure a fresh pair of legs. I also expect to see Mills and I'anson turn out in an effort to pull in another two league points.

I to am looking forward to this one! Going to be a very hard game though, and we will have to play much better than yesterday if we are going to take the two points.

Hope all the giants fans have a safe journey down and an enjoyable day! (apart from the result of course!!!!!!!!!!! :wink: )

Rovers and Hudds are the best two teams in the league barring Leeds and Saints and will both finish in the top 4 IMO.

Hudds have come on leaps and bounds since they got rid of one of the world's worst coaches in Jon Sharp and replaced him with one of the best in Nathan Brown.

Gotta give respect to Ken Davy, he wants success for the Giants at all costs which is why he binned off Jon Sharp shelled out the cash to get a top coach like Brown in.

Can't wait for Monday :D

Are the Giants bringing in any fresh legs?

Agree with all of that matey. Wild and Mason were rested last night and given that our game was more of a training session, i'd gues that more of the team will be feeling fresh.

Fitzhenry came off with a recurrance of his elbow injury he suffered a few weeks back so with Fisher coming in it might just be a straight swap.

Vella is looking at coming back for the Quins game so he wont feature.

Morgan hinted at 3 or 4 changes to the side so maybe see something of Millsy for this game??

I put Huddersfield as the favourites for this one. They have come off a cruise against the celts while we have spent the last 20 mins heroically defending our line. I fear some of our players may be basically shattered.
However with the east stand in full voice it will be like sinking 10 cans of red bull for the players. The team now in fourth must believe in themselves that they can now go onto the next level. We have been through the survival season. We have consolidated now we push on and stick our head where it is not wanted in the top four. if we had to play Huddersfield anywhere else on the planet on monday for me we would get beat, but at craven park spurred on by the most viciferous fans in the game, i predict;

Huddersfield 20 v 21 HKR.
