Hey guys a big thing was made by the commentary team about Rhys's boots just to let you all know that this is being done for Cancer Research UK and Rhys was wearing them as a promotional thing as a percentage of those pink boots that they sell will go to this charity. Kooga are also trying to kit out the rest of the squad that decide they want to wear them.

They got plenty of mentions showing how much effort Rhys once again put in. Well done on the Cancer thing Rhys. Perhaps somebody should email Boots N All to let them know. |

Unfortunately Kooga have mentioned nothing about it so cant even post a link to show this is true but I was at an academy game when Sarah Smith was telling Rhys they are trying to kit the whole team out with them. He's been waiting for a game to wear them and asked me yesterday if this was the wrong one with it being a derby, I obviously told him... PINK BOOTS, WHO GIVES A SH**E, RATHER WEAR PINK BOOTS THAN BLACK AND WHITE!!! |

Get in touch with Kooga, it is their innitiative it was just a Rovers player was asked to promote them to get a feeling if they'd be a hit or not. Certainly couldnt miss him out there that is for sure!!! |
