The ongoing onslaught on Cockayne is getting ridiculous. The lad knows he has done wrong and has recieved his punishments from both the judge and Rovers now leave him alone and print some news! Personally i would like to see a show of support from the fans at the derby tomorrow. It has gone on long enough. |

I'm sick and tired of this witch hunt by the HDM, you are right, its about time it stopped, i have already cancelled my regular delivery from them and told them why. The Hdm is just becoming nothing short of gutter press standard and the general standard has droped dramaticaly over the last few years imo. I will probably buy it on pre match days from now on, the after match reports are just as good if not better in the yorkshire post on mondays. |

What do you have in mind? Singing & chanting his name, or making a "we love you Ben" banner in a televised game the week he's escaped jail? The tv audience and national press won't have the context of the HDM coverage and will just think you're a bunch of criminal apologists. Just out of interest, have I missed Cockayne's apology? |

Unless your name is Kiel Thompson what has he done to you for you to warrant an apology? |

A lot of people only buy it the day before a game, especially when its a derby game they had a pull out in todays just for the derby which is probably why they've re-printed and just re-worded the first interview that was in earlier in the week!!! Problem is it will all die down and then the week before he's due to make his come back it'll all be dragged back up again and they'll probably re-print the interview again and give Kyle a ring to ask his feelings on Ben making his come back again!!! |

Imagine if it had been one of their own staff that did this, I bet you it wouldnt make it in the paper and probably wouldnt get sacked. |
