I think thats a well thought out response to the Cocayne affair, it would be quite wrong of the RFL to impose any sanction on him, because as said last year, the Thackray debacle at Hull, left the RFL between a rock and a hard place as there were no rules in place, its time for them to put that right and stop this happening again.
