If we win then we'll continue onwards with confidence but if we lose then there is the possibility of falling into competition with the second tier sides such as Wigan and Hull FC. As a Saints fan, I am confident. I've seen us lose to many sides we shouldn't do and then win trophies so a one off loss at home to a mediocre side isn't a new thing. Indeed, the most dreadful performance I have ever seen at Saints was a loss at home to Wakefield when we were literally pathetic.
