evening all, please find below a song link from the greatest band ever singing one of the greatest songs ever, -but my question is this...is that bloke at 1:16 wearing an old 3/4 length sleeve KR jersey or is it something else?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DEPvsJ3Z ... re=related

ps: lived on Bev Road for 3 years as a student and remain in no doubt that Kingston upon Hull is one of the finest cities in the country...people run it down all the time but it has a quality that other cities can only aspire to.

Yeah it looks like a French national shirt and the lad wearing looks like a lad from Hull called Jock Stein who used to play local amatuer rugby league.

I not quite sure when the gruop were formed so i may be wrong regarding the dates but i do remember Rovers playing in the semi final of the challenge cup either 81/82 0r 86, and on the morning of the game, the Housemartins were been interviewed on tv.
During the interview while responding to questions from the viewers, a female caller sent in a question, asking if they were Hull fans.
One of them, i cant remember which one it was replied by saying''
No, we actualy support Hull kr and we'll be there today and then shouted. come on lads at the camera.
