What did everyone make of his performance last night?

I felt he shot out the line a couple of times and was fortunate enough to get away with it. Missed a few tackles too.

His attacking play is good though, needs to build a relationship with fellow players to tell them when he's going to try an offload! Can't afford have a good game followed by a poor one. Thought he was the only disappointment.

Gidley had him in his pocket but then Gidley can dance around almost anyone so no shame in that!

I've been impressed with Chev this season and I think he'll go well against lesser players than Gidley! Deffo needs to draw his winger and get the ball to his winger though we dont use our speed out wide as much as we should (second try apart!).

It's like having a new player with Chev , after him missing so much of last season.

Many Leeds fans would recognise this behaviour. Many Leeds fans were glad to see him away to Bath because of this. I think it was expected he might to move permenantly into the second row where he actually had some tremendous performances.

Gidleys footwork is unbeleivable. Watching last night from the shed end you come to appreciate this even more. Chev was on a hiding to nothing going one on one with him as it was simply no contest most of the time.

Like you said Gidley can do this to just about anyone so Chev shouldn't worry too much (though if Yeaman did that to him the alarm bells would be ringing very loudly  ).

Really don't rate the guy. I hope he can change my opinion as no fan likes calling a player from their team rubbish. He's too greedy at times when he could of give the ball out side to Fox.

Can't agree with any of that really.

He's hardly done anything since being here and is currently being shown up by Kris Welham (which isn't a bad thing) but if he was half the player people are making out then he'd be playing a lot better then he has done/is.

He was in the running for MOM in both the friendlies he played in. I thought he was very good at Bradford too.
