This is a fan-run site, we do not have a team of solicitors, and none of us involved in running this site are willing to risk it being taken to court just because some of you think it is clever to try and get around the rules that are in place to protect it.
Spreading libellous accusations and rumours is prohibited and will not be tolerated.
It does not matter whether you are posting them about a GB player or a BARLA one; a Super League club or an under-8s side. Nor does it matter whether you post anything explicit or just make vague hints. British law does not accept winking smileys as a legal defence.
Posting anything potentially libellous is against the AUP and the admins and moderators will strictly enforce this rule because the future of this site depends on it. We will not let a few idiots spoil it for everyone else.
This is a final warning, anyone who deliberately posts anything unsubstantiated and defamatory against a club or player poses a liability to this site so risks being banned without warning. If you want to post something but are unsure whether it would be allowed then PM a moderator before posting and ask them whether it is acceptable.
