After the silly debate that was "who is the city's best scrum half" I would like to go a step further and predict that Michael Dobson will be the best scrum half in SL 2009. I think with a full pre season under his belt with the rest of the squad Dobson will tear the league apart.

The best in 2008 and most people's choice for 2009, but I think Dobson will be Rovers' best player and will also be the leading points scorer. Dobson for Man of Steel. |

Other peoples opinions may differ. Sean Long was released by Wigan and has made them regret it all his career. Raynor was deemed not good enough by Leeds etc Dobson IMO will have a great season next year but i wouldnt say he will be the best SH in the comp. |

But I am talking about 2009 and who will be better. Considering their respective clubs and the fact that Carney has not played super league before I think the advantage lies with Dobson, who will also want prove that he is better. |
