Think you need another big winger. When you look at the size of Franny Meli and Big Les then you see those you have above there is no competition. Saying that Leeds dont have the biggest and they dont do too bad for themselves! Have heard the rumour about Fitzy but this would depend on him being off the quota or a spot becomming available. Lenno I am sure would rather be a half than a hooker and so I really do think we need to look at bringing in someone to take the pressure off Fisher, would be interesting to know if we're in the running for Monaghan too as he'd be ideal. Still not convinced that pack would break enough lines to cause the top 6 any problems. We've hardly set the league alight with the 4 of those 5 already in there. Is Nick Fozzard going to be available soon? Think that side is almost as it is now barring a couple of additions and to be top 6 I think it'll take a few more than one or two. |

Ash before you start laughing prey tell how long it took Hull FC / Gateshead to become a top 6 team. The potencial is there as we have a fairly young squad who are learning and progressing in their SL debut season. With added quality IE Cooke and a board that is willing to back one of the most highly rated up and coming coaches in the game aiming for 6th in the next couple of years is a realistic target. |

There are numerous things that made me chuckle in that post. |

Think the rumour comes from his father once being at HKR for a short spell although I do think as he's coming to the back end of his career he may be looking to come over to the UK and make some pennies before hanging his boots up. Would be a fantastic signing though, a goal kicking Aussie international in our already impressive second row! |
