I cannot believe the shambles Rovers appear to have become. I got banned from here for simply calling Rovers a joke club, over Williegate when they deregistered Dobson. I think I have been proven right. As a rovers fan, you deserve more than the shambles you are getting. The lack of professionalism astounds me.
Been a great player for us and in some ways will be sad to see him leave. I do think its time to let him go now tho', he seems to have lost that edge in decision making as was seen with his injury at the weekend caused by a moments indecision. He will be a player that will get a great reception whenever he plays Hull KR and I hope a great send off when he plays his last game / last game of the season.
Looking forward, IF get in a position where we have no chance of a play off then we need to play Sherriff at FB for the remaining games.
You never know we might get to make up for Shaun missing Wembley with the barcodes and get there ourselves.

Was thinking that too mate, what a fitting send-off it would be for the guy, deserves all the plaudits on here, legend.

Very surprised shaun didn't know he was going to widnes, rovers tend to wait till the season end to announce departures so it seems widnes must be going to announce his signing soon.! Must be the bravest player in superleague and a credit to sportsmen anywhere, terrific on and off the pitch and a great guy.Good luck shaun and thanks for 4 great years.!!!

He will have known and maybe told the club but was waiting til the club and himself had agreed that he wouldn't be staying before announciing it. The way it was announced makes me think the club wanted to retain him but the Widnes offer was too good for us to match.
Best wishes to Shaun, great servent to both clubs.
Never a mention of his name in anything wrong for both clubs a true professional, sure he still has a few more years in him as he gives 100% everytime he plays.
Some interesting comments chaps (& any lasses) from both Hull sides too. Think he'd be a great signing for us as a new SL side, vastly experienced and still at a good age. Sure we can / have nabbed him on a 3 year deal on that basis.
I know a few KR fans were telling us we had signed him within an hour of our SL status being confirmed. And as mentioned perculiar to 'release' a player this early for next season so hopefully an announcement is pending should we have signed him
