Easy to forget (when having a bad SL defeat) how far we've come eh.

Speaking of which, won the bidding for a 2005 Northern Rail Cup Final replica shirt on that popular auction site the other day, woo-hoo. :)

How much did you pay for it?
Ive got one sat at home waiting for a good home!

Approx £25 (I get very determined during bidding wars on there!! ).

Please don't say that you'd have flogged me your's for £10 of £15 cos I'll be gutted.

If I was you mate I'd hang onto it. Think of the memories, e.g. Fordy going the full length.  :)

But they can't complain when it doesn't sell out.

But at the same time hull took the option of the south to get more tickets in an attempt to cater for more of your fans and also earn themselves a bigger cut of the sales. Arguably it's also in your club's best interest to sell the tickets at £18 for that reason.

Rovers were and probably still are quite happy to give you half the golf stand at £21 a ticket, but when your club wants the south and is quite happy to get the rake off from a full price ticket, why should Rovers lose out by making the tickets less than half that price?

Value for money wise, I couldn't agree more - it's poor, but until we get the north stand built, it's a compromise that both clubs agree on.

They have to charge a bit over the odds, with all those FC fans in there we will need industrial cleaners in to get rid of the stench
