Progress. We have come a long way in a short period of time. We need to maintain that momentum but in the context of that, we also need to look at the medium/long term picture. We have been a club that has been patient over the years and have got to where we are with a good deal of sustained deliverable planning.

I am confused - the salarycap was supposed to stop getting clubs into debt - so why are so many in debt despite the salary cap? Is the cap too high?

Possibly. Plus the 50% rule was abolished last year.

i think if we see a signing in the front row it will stop the negativity on the team front as we still have the majority of last season squad and did very well in finishing 4th

I understand that but that won't in isolation address the bigger picture issues.
