Yeah that sounds about right.
Same season Leigh beat us in the NRC final at Rochdale? (how times change!)

Rumours on the Saints site suggest we might be getting Wilkins back.

Pay Mills off and bring in Bibb, which will give us Fozzy, Wheeldon, Vella, Lovegrove and Bibb (if he can be signed) with Nev as cover now Cook has signed from the Bulls. Someone like Wilkins would be a great addition as he can play 13, which would give Murrell a chance elswhere in the squad. I think Galea will leave at the end of 2010.

Good luck to Makka in his new career over in West Yorkshire. He had a fantastic 6 1/2 years at Craven Park.
For some reason unknown to me, many reports suggest he did 9 years with us, but it's tripe:
This article was pubished in the HDM 1st Aug 2003:
Quote:Powerhouse Papuan forward Makali Aizue has thrown his weight firmly behind Hull KR by signing a new deal which keeps him at Craven Park until the end of next season.
The 26-year-old signwriter from Bumbi played his first match from the start in the 36-10 victory over Whitehaven last week, but he has been making a tremendous impact from the subs bench since his arrival in May.
Announcing the deal chief executive Nick Halafihi said he was thoroughly delighted to have managed to sign the Papua New Guinea Test player until November 2004.
