We have pancakes every year we have a 2 year old and a 1 year old, We were doing them before they arrived and will be doing them(Hopefully) long after the have flown the nest. I see it as a nice treat for the startish of spring.

I bet the little one love them, mine used to like a bit of treacle on them when they were young. I actually like them with sugar and a squirt of lemon that is how they were served to me when I was young.
