But would you want Pork for the main if you had Bacon in the starter?

If you went for Wild Boar instead of pork then it would keep the theme running through the menu, think it would work aspecially as the bacon in the starter is only a minor ingredient not the main event.

Suppose Wild Boar would work on 2 counts if Mrs B started on about finances again (sorry i know were supposed to be a team for this.. :D )

Langoustine instead of scallops?

Not sure if they'll carry the chorizo though, further research needed.

If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

I'd stick with the scallops, they say they catch king and queen ones on there so they must be local, langoustine are pretty bland a bit like lobster, highly overrated.

I like 'em. But yeah, let's stick with the scallops.

Quite liking the venison, needs to be a saddle joint.

We'll get it off this bloke.

Good bloke is Richard, wife's a bit gormless.

I'm not catching it though, the rut's in full swing and I don't want an antler up my Iestyn.

 Hi roopy.

It seems a bit unfair this...we discuss openly and the Aussie steal our ideas (which is normal I know)...yet they have their own secret little forum.
This is not so much a problem on this task as it will be independently judged, however it may well affect tasks in the future!

Hi Roopy

Just wondering if numbers could still expand, or if we could make a few substitutions?

Subs absolutely - if someone gets bored and drops out. And they can be consultants (water carriers  ). We'll do a team tally of challenges won as well as having a individual winner, so they can contribute to the Newcastle cause.

Hi Roopy

You could make a secret forum too. No, I don't know how either. Hopefully they'll make it over here eventually for some banter.
:)

They need all the help they can get for this,. but in future it'll have to be a PM-a-thon.

 Hi roopy.

Might add that to my sig!
