In which case, how did an injury to your star player, the Emperor of Preston Road (which, in Top Trumps, pizzles all over Newton's King of Hull specifically on the criteria of high vis gumshield) happen? I suggest a director's checklist is in order to put in place a process to, er, keep the club "moving in the right direction". Not at all bored of that meaningless phrase this week. 3) None of this matters. Green is a member of the Magic Circle. I'm hearing he'll conjure up Mason's missing visa/passport combo, but not until he's agreed to let his BFF Newton run out last.
Do you share The Pet Shop Boys penchant for darkened rooms? Baiting young master Zod is a good game, don't mention that he's a bit short though, he doesn't like that. Dobson's gum shield is a worry, clearly wants to go back to Canberra. I only recently discovered what "BFF" means, silly Americans.

[quote="cab man"]WE NEED SOMEONE AND WE NEED THEM NOW. LETS NOT PRETEND THAT ALL IS WELL. THE GOLF STAND AT CRAVEN PARK IS THE PERFECT VEIWING ANGLE FOR A TEAM ATTACKING AND DEFENDING. MISSING DOBBO WAS LIKE PLAYING RUGBY WITH ONE ARM TIGHED BEHIND OUR BACKS. OUR KICKING GAME WAS AWFUL. OKAY JUSTIN IS A MAGICIAN AT COACHING BUT EVEN HE MUST BE GOING TO BED WITH HOT SWEATS WONDERING HOW TO MOVE HIS CHESS PIECES TO COMBAT THE LOSS.[/quo
Who is out their to get Cabbie???? I think its poor that we havn't got anyone who could step into that scrum half/playmaker roll, or have we??? Morgs says he's going to give youth a chance so throw them in, BELL in halves or LATUS,TAYLOR on the bench and COCKAYNE at 6. You'll never know if it will work until you try it, if it doesnt then back to the drawing board and try something else. IMO MURRELL at 6 is not the answer.

Murrell is a decent player with ball in hand. But i am starting to question certain players credentials at this level that are going to take us to silverware level. I am not knocking Rovers players if it wasnt for Murrell and others we would still be playing Barrow and widnes but there comes a time when the word CLEAROUT must be mentioned. I dont want us to be scrapping around with FC for the next ten years as also rans. IT IS NOW TIME TO TAKE THE NEXT STEP and sadly with this Dobson injury the realisation that we are miles from that has hit me clean between the eyes. However if Scott is reading this and wants to prove me wrong starting againt Cas next week then i am always prepared to admit i am wrong.

You might as well put "I'm always wrong" at the end of every post then, or better still, put in your signature you filthy tampon.

We've signed very well IMO and improved as far and as quickly as was realistically possible. The only way we'll kick on again is through structural improvements at the club. Murrell, for example, counts as club-trained so his hypothetical replacement would have to come from the academy set-up. If we start binning off versatile, whole-hearted and talented players after the odd poor team performance then the NEXT STEP will be backwards. IMO.

Granted its only one game but lets face facts we were lucky the scoreline was only 31 18. Catalan knocked on a dozen times in that first half. They completely overpowered us in that second half. Had we been playing wigan it would of been cricket score time. Every season seems to be as long as we beat Hull then we have had a good season. Hull have been in super league years now and have massively under achieved, they should have silverware coming out of their ears. Their fans seem to accept this. I want Rovers to think out of the box think big and think silverware!!

Yeah, their stocism and reluctance to criticise are the things that have struck me most strongly, recently.

Why are you debating with a made up character?
