Even if he did regain his Penrith form there is no way he is worth approaching 1/10th of the entire playing budget.

Rovers need to tread very carefully here, a three year deal at those sums could be disastrous.

I would rather powder was kept dry for next close season. Perhaps a one season deal for a workaday prop for this year.

But, we have been said to be working under the cap all last year, and with the release of Fitzhenry, Makka, Fozz and Gene, I reckon we could fit Clinton there or ther abouts in those four players salaries along with Hodgson, Ratu and Cook.

Think Fitzhenry wil have demanded a lot of money, or a large sum compared to what Josh/Cook/Ratu will be "demanding"
