The rules for everyone else is a fixed number of imports.
You're not playing to those rules, you have as you say dispensation
You're threfore playing outside the rules of everyone else.

Us real fans don't look over our shoulder at our neighbours and do whatever we can to get one over on them. We look at the bigger picture. And this is the reason why Rovers are and will forever be considered a small club. Because their fans and board would rather get one over on Hull FC above anything else.
Quite sad, really!

I think you'll find the dispensation RULES apply to ALL clubs, not just hull kr.

If it was the case why are clubs not using them to their advantage?
They are.
As far as I'm aware, the only dispensation that applied exclusively to Rovers was the one covering Lovegrove. The 'Gene Exemption' is available to everyone who qualifies.
Hold on to me baby, his bony hands will do you no harm It said in the cards, we lost our souls to the Nameless One

I was talking about Lovegrove.
Why he gets special treatment I do not know, he brings nothing to SL that Ryan Esders or Mike Burnett wouldn't yet he has a stupid accent so gets 'Dispensation'

Wrap it up how you want, they have more overseas players than everyone else and are therefore playing outside the rules of everyone else.
This in their THIRD season of SL

You really are desperate
Motto of the week -
It is the way of the weak to secretly bleat to those in authority rather than fight their own battles.
Do you have more overseas players than other teams are allowed?
