I would say 1500-2000, which is certainly down on last seasons league game. This 800 bollox is just that!

Well we were only doing average in the league before the Leeds game, but took (according to a Leeds fan on here) 4/5 of that Western Terrace (scoreboard end), but not sure what it holds.

knocker norton wrote:We get this every time a Craven Park Derby comes along dont we? :) I went to the Derby last year because I was fortunate enough to get a seat in the RM stand and I will be going next week because my mate (rovers fan  ) has kindly bought me a ticket for the North Stand. I will not however watch a game from the South stand ever again. I have watched 2 derbies (pre sl) from there and decided it was a complete waste of time because of the facility etc. This was before the unnecessary price hike Rovers have passed on to the Hull fans.

All I will say is that I am not the only Hull fan with this opinion and judging by the lack of South Stand sellouts in Super League I assume many Rovers fans are sympathetic with this view.

I understand if its genuinely because you don't like the facilities, I just wonder how many of the other excuses will be overlooked this year because you are doing well and will be favourites for a win. To me (and a few of my FC mates :SHHH: ) its about supporting your team no matter what and I can assure you, if I were not a season ticket holder and the only space I could get was the South stand, I would definately go, In fact I used to regularly stand at the scoreboard end of the old CP, which was the same sort of distance away from the action.

I didn't go to Headingley, because I cannot logistically get to Friday night away games because of work commitments, the rain, sleet, snow or any other reason would not prevent me from doing so.

I enjoyed it when the FC fans where allowed in the East Stand, I'm sure some fans will have differing experiences of it but I dont remember that much trouble and certainly not on the scale of the recent trouble at CP.

Think I saw one incident of a few fans going on the pitch.

Good to see everyone's come up with some new material from the last seasons...

If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Got my tickets (cheers mate. Although I'm not giving you the money unless we win.) and I'm really looking forward to it. hopefully both teams go in to it with a bit of form which should make for a good game.
