Excuse my ignorance, but wouldn't Rovers be allowed to 'file' their accounts, then challenge any abnormalities later..ie: "waiting on HMRC to confirm tax position on investments by individuals and various image rights"
Thus avoiding fines for 'Not filing Accounts?'

The tax position on individuals investments is a personal tax issue.
Image right are either on a revenue recognition issue, for which estimates could be made in the short term, even then it should not take over 12 months to sort out in such a niche market where there are other companies have exactly the same issues, or personal contractual issues, once again, not a company issue.
Whats more amusing is those jumping on FET's post thinking it quashed any suiggestion of mis-administration, which it doesn't
