I think the charge and guilty verdict says otherwise.
From where I was it looked like webster grabbed Rileys foot and twisted right round. You could see Riley was in alot of pain. The tackle had been completed and there was no other reason to do it than to cause injury. A proper sh*thouse thing to do. Two games isn't enough for trying to deliberately injure an opponent.
tackles are completed so fast now i dont think players even have time to think about what there gonna do, proving someone has actually gone out to delibarely injure someone is hard to prove, it must be so hard to do as there are so many cameras at games now, that players would know they cant get away with it,

I think the lack of appeal and Justin's article in the HDM says a lot TBH, The RFL are still an inconsistent set of t#ssers anyway!

I dont get the HDM much now it's only 4 pages long and Justin probably thinks it's not worth appealing we've tried before it don't work, and your right they are full of head doers.

hes done something he shouldnt have, hes been caught, end of, do the 2 match ban. as Morgan said though, the RFL have to be consistent and pull all of these dangerous tackles up.

Are head high tackles a sh*thouse thing to do?
I don't see it as a job. It is a passion and love that we all share. Neil Hudgell

Talking of Sh*thouses how is Ben Westwood these days..
Webster obviously did something, can't say I saw it myself but he's been banned so we'll either appeal or Hall will get his chance.

Not if it's on Yeaman.
If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.
