Possibly, but to do it twice - less so. I won't get to, but I'd be curious to know why Galea has encountered problems that Vella didn't. An extra generation since family left Malta or they've changed their rules, is all I can think.
In terms of shoe-horning, you're right, but several of those 10 players are irrelevant to this argument.

Still, if the great legal brain Hudge has made no leeway, I fear the odds are very short on my geeing them up.
Looking on the bright side - perhaps (now the 30 day deadline has long gone ), the visa has arrived and he's just waiting for that pesky payment. Although I can't imagine that'd be late too .

Its not about the payment he is been paid his wage as we speak as it was not his fault he had to get a Tongan passport, on the other hand he should have his visa by now whose to say he hasnt and KR are going to introduce him and announce him the way they did Clinton.

Rovers will have only paid him from the point that he had to apply for his Tongan passport due to Rovers messing up with the Galea situation I would suspect.

Rovers will have paid him from the commencement date on his contract. And quite rightly so. Unless his non-appearence is due to a reason that Rovers have no knowledge of due to him not disclosing it.

Why would we have been paying him from octoberish? His contract didn't commence until December 1st
