Certain passes are still not working. This is mainly because they have the incorrect data on them eg. an adult pass printed as a junior pass etc. After checking, those that proved to be forged or attempted to be used twice were turned away, whilst those with genuine passes that didn't work, were let in 'un-scanned'.
So the system is working reasonably well at this stage. It was a poor turn out on sunday, no doubt, but it wasn't helped by the fact that a number of genuine passholders attended, but weren't recorded on the 'official' attendance.
