The truth of the matter is Hull fc seriously undervalued dobson, Hull Kr offered more than Hulls initial offer and at the time dobsons agent came back to Hull and asked if Hull Fc would up the offer cos thats were dobson wanted to play. He was still going to sign for Hull Fc on less money then Rovers were offering until rovers upped the ante again. This was a significant increase on what Rule had offered and Dobson would of been mad not to take the extra 40k a year on offer from rovers. Rovers understood dobsons true value. Now Hull Fc could go out and sign an aussie international scrum half but they would have to pay more than rovers are paying dobson and this international could come over and do feck all like some imports do. As an fc fan i believe dobson had proven super league quality and i mean quality and we should of offered more money for him, there was room on the cap so no excuses. Now fellow hull fc fans i dont want no bull that he couldnt cut the mustard in the NRL(which he couldnt) we dont play in the nrl and for me since he came over here he has been the best number 7 in the league bar none and in his previous stints and wigan and catalans he probably was too. Hull FC are not far off been a good side but poor recruitment in the key position is why currently Hull KR have the upper hand. Now if dobson was black and white the chances are Hull FC could be second, we would certainly be still in the cup. I wouldnt be p1ss3d off and no would our outside backs.

Not saying your a 1 man team which your clearly not, what im saying is you have a damn good number 7 that was within Hull Fcs grasp. i agree we do have problems from the top but with the correct coach and the addition of a 7 we are not gonna be that far away.
