Assuming only SL teams are capable of reaching the final and that Hull and Rovers are no more or less capable getting there than any other SL team, you'd expect it to happen once every 182 (14x13) years, so it could indeed be a very long way off!

And there'll still be someone crowing 10-5 in 182 years

We just like reminding you of what a fantastic achievement it was reaching a final and then losing.

Considering the circumstances,it wasn`t too shabby.

Why

Not fussed myself, I can live with being the only winners of an all Hull final, would be nice to get to Wembley again though, perhaps against Cas, we owe them one.
