That Vanilla slice was good. I ended up eating all that meal (except the beer because it was 11 in the morning and i was driving). I haven't had a vanilla slice for years, but i enjoyed the hell out of that one. The sausage roll was surprizeingly good too. I'm usually a pie man. But i have to say, i prefer the vanilla slice my mother used to make with passionfruit icing. The tartness of the passionfruit really cuts through the sweetness.
