Smith was very good for us during his time with the wire. Obviously he had the benefit of strong financial backing but he brought us success when others had failed. In the end he stayed a little too long and lost his love for the game (I think that Warrington was his longest period at one club). He's probably had sufficient time out to recharge his batteries whilst not loosing touch all together.
