Why do you address your boss in a similar way? I call mine by their first names as that is how they want to be addressed. I am sure if these players were American basketball high school players they'd call him coach but as they're not...I'd guess Craig finds "Sandy" an acceptable name for his squad to call him.

I call mine "Chris", she's called Barrington but she doesn't seem to mind.

I call my boss dave - just reminds me of of a certain person who trigger refers too - I shall mention no names as my boss only half knows what I'm talking about; he's hates it so I call him it even more. Just as it should be..... Although I might be on job seekers before Xmas!
