Read the article in the Rag, fully understandable what our member of staff said (basically Justin would be pretty peed off if a player injures himself doing it). For that reason I think Jake Webster in particular is wrongly taking a huge risk engaging in this craze.
I imagine that dozens of kids have been killed by falling out of a tree and probably hundreds in bike accidents. Planking per se is not dangerous it is simply the location, for example on a balcony of a high rise building, but the same could be said for sitting on the balcony of a high rise building.
I can safely say that I would not have had any concerns if my children had been "planking".
It's a stupid thing to do, not because it's dangerous but because it's stupid.
