Oh, ffs. They need to build it horizontally, not vertically, otherwise all the people will just fall in a big lump at the bottom.

Wonder if planning permission has ran out (they do have time limits)?

It's in there as an approved minor amendment to an existing application - adding a door and 3 windows. Unless there has been another amendment to make since, but I can't see anything.

I belive they have a 3 year limit.
June 08 would still mean they are valid as the works have already started.

All I know is that I spoke to the site manager this morning. He said that work had been put on hold as there was no planning permission in place for the extension. When I was last there 3 weeks ago they didnt have the final design drawings at that point. I supose its possible that the drawings could have failed building regs. Either way, work is definitely on hold.

It's me, sorry about that, I did a massive Edited-RW at the opening in "Yeamo (more like dope-o) Yeamo's" shoes.

Building regs is probably true.
Infact Neil Hudgell mantioned the fact in a previous set of program notes.
But let us not forget that the previous extension was also held up over reg changes.
