Would be the best thing to happen to your club, imo......Hudge is a passionate KR fan and IMO this fact has often gotten in the way. I would imagine he aspires to be a respectable business man with a succesful business away from the sport, however I think the man is an idiot who has used his postition to have cheap digs/shots at FC letting his passion over take his professional status...

Well whether the story is true or not true, at least with established the hull fc party line.

Wow, just think then how successful we'd have been if he hadn't really cared.

Think that saga has run its course Bertie. I think you can`t blame Hudgell for having a passion for Rovers, though I think it has clouded his judgement sometimes.

That is your opinion and you are under no obligation to justify to me. However, if you want to, could you cite a couple of examples?
I think this perception has gained currency through repetition rather than any basis in fact. I'll admit the lad has played to the galleries on occasion, but what has he done that a more dispassionate man wouldn't have done in his place?

Posting a profit isn't the be all and end all of success. It takes investment to get into a position to be profitable. Fc are seen as being in a position of strength but on the current position it will take 19 years to pay their debts off!!
All sl clubs are in debt it's how we are progressing towards being an attractive proposition for investors that should be looked at. If hudge can hand over to someone with more time ( and money) then it may be a good thing.
Maybe he sees his role at the club to be detrimental to his business now?

Or maybe her passion lays with Rugby League and building a succesful club
Oh, I'd be the first to acknowledge that her prime concern may very well be seeing a financial return on her investment.
