The only type of group that needs minutes recording at a meeting is a group that has been elected. As this group has not been elected they don't have minutes. Also, as I said, the feedback are my notes, scribbled down during the meeting, I may not note down something that I haven't raised or that I don't think is relevant to those people I pass the info onto, whereas someone who did raise an issue or thinks it is relevant, may have a different set of notes to me, hence they are not minutes.

Hang on a minute, for a minute there I thought they were minutes, but after reading your post I have to note that my thoughts of a minute ago were in fact wrong, I will note this down and in future take more than a minute to form an opinion, note to self Trace has noted that she takes notes not minutes.
