I doubt it, it's entirely not needed at the moment, possibly ever.
We need a go kart track, love a good go on the go kart's me, bought a car that was as close to a go kart as I could get. Like Super Mario me (or that little crocodile/lizard fella, Yoshi, that's him) forever wanging banana skins out of me window and causing people to skid off the road.

If the south end is built with a similar 2,600 capacity, it will give us around 14,000 capacity, without increasing our gate it will be 60% full, with a modest increase in percentage terms it will be 80% full most game. This percentage is something the KC never is for rugby games.
