Both sets of fans were down on previous derbys. Rovers get an allocation of 3100 for the North stand and there was about 500 in the west. Where as the south side of the west stand upper was almost empty
Thank you Adam Pearson for giving the faithful hope

Wigan v Warrington was altered at the same time as the FC vRovers game. Yet they got 22,700 (in a town of 90,000) compared to the 20,079 at the biggest derby in the universe and everywhere else.
Is it only Hull rugby fans who can't alter arrangements with 2 weeks notice? Everyone else in rugby, and football, seem to manage.

Absolute classic!!!! They bring 600 to last years derby at Craven park, then have the nerve to bitch about how many our attendance was down, for a game moved to a mid week kick off when many have work commitments etc.

You seem to forget a lot of people have children that they don't mind bringing to Friday night games as there's no school on Saturday.
I imagine a fair few folk won't have attended due to wanting their children up early the following day.
Hull KR Chairman Neil Hudgell, August 26th, 2014 said..
"In fact, the days of us signing any players from across the river are over. Our fans are loyal, passionate and only interested in one club. Taking players from our nearest rivals doesn't fit in with that brief."

And i suppose those shift workers who had already booked time off would have been unable or unwilling to do so again.

I have to say, I'm definitely not in favour of this Thursday night idea.
Proper dog tired on Friday me, not used to such a late one on a school night.
If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Do you actually beleive that only 600 Hull FC fans were at last yeats CP derby?
If so, you are blind / stupid or both.
Hull sold 600 tickets, many paid on the day.
The major difference is, you actually get to see the game at the KC
