I agree with your original post that it was a good game to watch and was exciting but also agree with the comments made that there wasn't a lot of skill or ability on view from either team.

Was it the same view and same price as 2009 ?

In fact id go as saying there are currenlty only 2 teams better than us, Pies & Wire. I would say performance wise you could not split us, Saints , Hudds & Wakey. Leeds arent even in the ball park yet (although im sure they will be once the mix is sorted)

Slightly biased.
Hull havent put a team to the sword the way Hudds and Saints have this season.
And its very unlikely that they would slip up against Salford and Crusaders.

Same could be said about the Saints-Wigan game.

Are you suggesting both Hudds & Saints slipped up against us then, because we won Saints convincingly and they had no big players missing, and we won Huddersfield in a good solid battle.

Also not sure teams slip up against Crusaders, they are not the whipping boys and I actually believe they will push for the play-offs, Witt is a great kicker and I expect they will be more than a handfull on the drier pitches as they have some speed.

I agree, derby games rarely display top drawer rugby, plenty of passion and excitement though.

Hull played well at Saints but 1st game of the season was a good time to play them.
Hudds did not have Brett Hodgson who is their key man when you played them and had a couple of scores chalked off i believe.
But no i wouldnt say they slipped up at all.
Hull have earnt there wins on merit as you can only play whats put in front of you.
Crusaders will be in the bottom 3 and again the wager is offered
