A play off win would do me, we need to improve year on year and for me next year that wouldn't necessarily mean finishing higher in the league (top 6 would do) but being more competetive in the play offs would.

Catalans have been used as a yard stick for us by some. How they got 3rd in their 3rd season but disappointed a bit the year after is a valid point, but they came good at the right time, think this is what we need to look at doing rather than running out of steam come the business and of the season.

We're still a pretty young team (both in age and experience) and as long as we're learning and not repeating the same mistakes then I'll be happy.

I would happily finish 8th for the next three seasons, if after that we had 6 regular first teamers who have come through the academy.

I honestly beleive we will struggle to make top 4 again. We were not overly done with injuries last season and if we finish top 6 for me its a success.
Morgans a good coach but sometimes others suss you out tactically.
When you've been in high pressure games like the playoffs for a few seasons its the players who eventually (along with the coach) suss out the other side and win.
Its called nouse. When you pass your driving test you may be the best technical driver on the road but you dont have the experience.
